Is your child ready to hop back in the chair for a checkup? Or do you need to schedule your little one for their very first visit? Whatever the reason, we're here to help. Below, you will find a button to take you to our all new online scheduler!
Please contact the office at 847-662-7755 if any of the below apply to you or your child:
- If your child is having a dental emergency
- If your child is a new patient over the age of 14
- If your child is an existing patient and needs to be scheduled with the doctor
- If your child needs anything other than a regular cleaning and exam
- If you're unsure when your child is due for their checkup (The appointment may not be covered by insurance if it is completed before 6 months after the last checkup.)
If scheduling for your child, be sure to enter all of the correct information or it won't allow you to book. When the system asks for 'your' information, it means the patient the appointment is being booked for.
We reserve the right to charge accounts for missed or canceled appointments with less than 24 hours of notification. Charges may be per appointment.
We do not take any forms of public insurance (including but not limited to TriCare, FEDVIP, All Kids, BCBS State, Medicaid, Medicare, etc.). However, we accept out of pocket payments.

All appointments scheduled with our online scheduler may be subject to change at the discretion of our office. We will contact you if the appointment needs to be rescheduled or cancelled. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
